Appeals court hears case of 'enemy combatant' (AP)

AP - Lawyers for a U.S. citizen who was detained nearly four years as an "enemy combatant" asked an appeals court to reinstate a lawsuit against former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and other officials.
