Kenyan remittances jump 71 pct in Feb: cbank

Remittances are one of the main sources of foreign exchange in east Africa's biggest economy, alongside tea, horticulture and tourism. Kenyans abroad sent cash worth $60.8 million in February 2011 and $89.8 million in January. North America remained the top source of remittances, followed by Europe. ...
