Apple gets EU limit on Galaxy (Investor's Business Daily)
Investor's Business Daily - The tech giant said a German court has ruled that Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet can't be sold in most of the EU as part of a widening patent infringement dispute between the two companies. The preliminary injunction is similar to one Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL - News) has obtained in Australia. The companies have filed legal claims against each other in the U.S., Asia and elsewhere in Europe. The Galaxy was launched earlier this summer and is seen as a main rival to the iPad. Apple gained 5.9% to 374.01.
