Judge: Trial warranted for 3 teens in Mich. attack (AP)

Mara Skinner shows her injuries in court in Port Huron, Mich., on Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2010 during a preliminary hearing for her 17-year-old daughter Tia Skinner, and two 18-year-old men Jonathan Kurtz, and James Preston who are charged in the murder of her husband Paul Skinner.  Mara Skinner described how her mortally wounded husband fended off two masked men who stabbed them in their bedroom in the middle of the night, chasing them from the home before collapsing and dying. All three have pleaded not guilty to charges of murder, assault and conspiracy in the attack on the couple.  (AP Photo/ Andre J.
