A mistrial was called in baseball star Roger Clemens' battle against perjury charges after prosecutors showed jurors evidence that had been ruled inadmissible, a video of Clemens' testifying before Congress in 2008, denying he had ever using performance-enhancing drugs during his 24-season career. Pettitte, Clemens' teammate, said Clemens admitted using human growth hormone in a private conversation in 1999 or 2000.
