Samsung launches new Galaxy Tab to close gap with iPad (Reuters)

Reuters - Samsung Electronics Co launched a thinner and lighter version of its Galaxy tablet in its lucrative home market Wednesday, trying to halt the runaway success of Apple Inc's iPad.
